1. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment is Booked:
Customer can cancel an order at no charge before the shipment has been booked with our courier partners. No commission or fees will apply for these cancellations.
- After Shipment is Booked or Picked Up:
Once the shipment has been booked or picked up by our courier partner, cancellations are no longer permitted. The Customer must proceed with the order, and any cancellation requests from the Customer will be treated as a refused delivery (see Section 2).
1.2 Customer Cancellations
- Refusal to Accept Delivery
If the Customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery. In this case, no refunds will be issued to the Customer, including shipping and handling costs.
3. Changes to the Policy
- We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
